THE NO-PUMMEL SPORTS MASSAGE
If you’ve had a sports massage before, your massage with me will probably be a totally different experience! A relaxing sports massage may sound like an oxymoron but it is possible! You should leave your treatment feeling relaxed and refreshed rather than broken and bruised. Sports massage is suitable for anyone who is experiencing discomfort due to injury, work life – think physical work, hours spent at a desk, standing or chasing after children – or a health issue that may cause long term pain and discomfort such as arthritis, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow or sciatica. A sports massage focuses on areas of concern with the goal of reducing pain and discomfort to make movement easier or aid recovery from injury. Stretches and exercises may also be included in your treatment. Pressure: Medium/firm.

RELAXING TOP-TO-TOE MASSAGE
This deep and slow top to toe massage will leave you feeling chilled out after the stress of the day is soothed away, helping to clear the mind and aid restful sleep. This massage does not focus on specific areas like the sports massage and is more ‘flowing’, giving overall relaxation to the whole body and mind. The relaxing top-to-toe massage is suitable for those who want a softer touch or don’t have any injuries that may require a more targeted treatment. Pressure: Medium.

SEATED CHAIR MASSAGE
The chair massage focuses on the upper body; back, shoulders, neck and arms. It’s great for soothing those aches, pains and tension that we all experience in these areas due to work or everyday stresses and strains! Since you are positioned upright it’s also a great alternative for those who may have mobility issues or find getting on and off a massage couch difficult. Pressure: Medium.
